My recent works often have an architectural element that morphs into an organic one, in this case a classic layered ‘club’ sandwich filled with Tāmaki Makaurau city icons with the Sky tower doubling as the cocktail stick. The scaled-up version of ‘Club’ is highly detailed and built in wood.
