COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS 

Promotion Details

2. The promoter is Waiheke Art Gallery (the "Promoter"). 
3. The competition is to win 2 x free tickets to Waiheke Art Gallery House Tour 2026 at Waiheke Art Gallery. 
4. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
5. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. By entering, entrants release Facebook and Instagram of all liability. 

Eligibility

1. Entry is open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or over. 
2. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. 
3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants. 

Entry Period

1. The competition opens at 9:00am NZDT on Monday, 3 February 2026 and closes at 11:59pm NZDT on Sunday, 23 February 2026 (“Entry Period”). 
2. Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be accepted. 

How to Enter

1. To enter, participants must: 
   1. a) Follow @waihekeartgallery on Instagram or Facebook
      b) Like the competition post
      c) Comment on the poststatingwhich friend they would bring to the event 
2. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. 
3. All entries must be submitted by the account holder. The Promoter is not responsible for entries submitted from incomplete, corrupted, or fake accounts. 

Prize

1. The prize is 2 x tickets to Waiheke Art Gallery House Tour 2026 at Waiheke Art Gallery on Thursday 12 March 2026 or Friday 13 March 2026 (winner’s choice of day). 
2. The total prize value is approximately $[INSERT TICKET PRICE x 2]. 
3. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize. 
4. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. 
5. Transport to and from the event is not included. 

Winner Selection

1. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. 
2. The winner will be drawn on Monday, 24 February 2026. 
3. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram or Facebook within 48 hours of the draw. 
4. The winner must respond within 7 days of notification. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn. 
5. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

Privacy

1. By entering, participants consent to their personal information being collected and used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this competition. 
2. The winner agrees to the use of their name and social media handle for promotional purposes without additional compensation. 
3. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. 

General

1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if circumstances arise that make it impractical or unfair to continue. 
2. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or failures that prevent entries from being received. 
3. Entrants indemnify the Promoter against all claims arising from participation in this competition or use of the prize. 
4. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
